OBJECTIVES

  • Develop an innovative exterior design for the villa.
  • Install an exterior thermal insulation system to strengthen the building structure, taking into account its proximity to the sea.
  • Significantly increase the energy efficiency of the villa.
  • Ensure comfortable and constant indoor conditions throughout the year.
  • Improve the durability and strength of the facade.
  • Reduce the carbon footprint of the villa, promoting sustainable construction practices.

Solution

To achieve the objectives set out in the project for this villa in Moraira, the decision was made to implement the Rhonatherm Pure-G Basic SATE insulation system. This decision was based on a detailed analysis carried out by Changay, with technical guidance from the Rhonatherm team.
The study was based on a meticulous assessment of the challenges that the façade would face due to its location close to the sea and the specific goals set, resulting in the selection of a customized solution that would meet the demands and requirements of the project.
Following a thorough analysis of all relevant factors, the technical team chose the Rhonatherm SATE system, using 80 mm graphite EPS boards as the main insulation material. This material was complemented by a white Reviquarz G-05 finish for the façades, providing a modern exterior design consistent with the latest trends in sustainable architecture.

Results

The implementation of the Rhonatherm exterior thermal insulation system in the Moraira villa has significantly increased energy efficiency, facilitating significant energy savings and increasing thermal comfort for its residents.
The project has been complemented by a contemporary design, using Reviquarz G-05 in white for the exterior finish, placing the villa at the forefront of sustainable and aesthetic architecture. This design makes the villa a model of innovation and commitment to environmental sustainability.
